We offer a year-round vacation rental.  The main house sleeps up to 10 guests with rates starting at $350.00* per night.  We also offer an optional lower floor suite that sleeps up to 5 guests with rates starting at an additional $50.00* per night (please note that the lower floor suite will not be rented out to separate guests in order to keep your stay enjoyable.)  A minimum 2 night stay is required for all rental periods except for the holidays.  Thanksgiving requires a 3 night minimum. Christmas and New Years require a 4 night minimum stay.  Please ask for other holiday stay requirements.  This is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed.

*Plus 7% county/state room tax

*Cleaning fees are additional
